Vancouver Process Server Fees
We charge one flat fee for any process server service fees to Vancouver Process Server in the Lower Mainland. All fees are for service to a single person at a single address as provided by client. This is inclusive of three attempts of standard service a single address provided in order to effect service.
An alternate address for service to the same person at a separate address will incur and additional fee to the alternate address to effect service.
Please allow up to 10 – 15 business days to complete all three attempts of service. You may either mail your documents or arrange to have them picked up for a nominal fee.
Prices marked below are for areas in Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. If you require service to any specific area, kindly contact us to receive a quote.

As a matter of fact, our professional Vancouver Fast Process Server can serve your documents to the general public, law offices and businesses in Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. We also provide Landlord and Tenant document rush delivery services for a nominal fee.
No Hidden Fees
Affordable Process Servers will let you know upfront exactly what your fees will be. All fees are significantly lower than any other process server in the Lower Mainland.
We offer flat rate process service fees to ensure quality and expedited standard process service. Additional service fees apply for special request service. Clients are never charged hidden service fees or any mileage charges.

Court registry filing fees for all British Columbia Provincial Small Claims and British Columbia Supreme Court Registries are prices per file per visit at the court registry.
A file consists of one or several documents that all relate to the same court file number and being filed together at the same time.
Any subsequent visit to file a related document on same court file number will incur and additional fee.

We offer the most competitive skip tracing rates. Our prices are less than half charged by
other process servers. Our turn around time on skip tracing is generally 7-14 days.
As a result of unexpected fuel price increases, our service area prices may be subject to change.

Payment For Services
Our fees for any services rendered must be paid in advance of any service attempt or delivery. We accept payment by Interac E-transfer from any Canadian bank or credit union. Unfortunately, we do not accept Credit Cards, or PayPal in order keep our prices affordable.
E-Mail Money Transfer usually takes approximately 10 – 30 minutes. We shall provide you an online invoice and instructions on how to proceed.
We can only attempt service after your E-Mail Money Transfer has been received.
Sending your payment through E-mail Money Transfer is simple.
Simply, login to your online bank account, Click Transfer or > Interac E-Transfer and follow these instructions:
1. Add a recipient by entering: our name – APS Vancouver Process Server, add our payment email address – payments@affordableprocessserver.com.
2. Provide your security question as “APS Process Service”
3. Provide password for the security question MUST be ‘apsservicepayment ‘ (all in lowercase).
4. Lastly, select amount of your payment to send.
IMPORTANT: Please include your invoice number in the notes section of your E- Mail Money Transfer.
If we receive your payment by 9 am PST (12pm EST), your service will be scheduled and provided to our process server the same business day, or will be scheduled for the next business day. As soon as your service has been attempted or completed, you will receive a call, email or text message.
Please be sure to indicate how you wish to be notified. The call, email or text update will specify the date and time of attempt or delivery. All of our process servers make every effort to service clients in a timely manner.
If you require any specific service attempt summary or exhibits attached to your affidavits in order to support an Application for an Order for Substituted Service kindly advise us when submitting your order.
