RATES AND FEES FOR LAW FIRMS
We offer services to lawyers, law firms and legal entities in Greater Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.
Our fee schedule incorporates additional cost saving structures to keep fees cost effective. We provide discounts
to lawyers and law firms and goodwill adjustments for all legal entities who have set up an account with our firm.
We can provide service to file and serve all your legal documents in Small Claims Court, Supreme Court and the Court
of Appeal in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and can also provide in person filings at all Courts in the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.
Rush Service
We can provide Rush Service for a nominal fee. We will make every effort to serve your documents within the time restraints set out by our valued clients, and and attempt to meet specific deadlines.
Additional nominal fees apply for rush service, Affidavits or Proof of Service.

Affordable Process Servers will let you know upfront exactly what your fees will be. All our fees are based on a flat rate
fee in order to ensure quality and affordability of our services. Our clients are never charged any hidden service fees or
mileage charges.
All fees are in Canadian currency plus 5% GST for Canadian. Clients from the United States will also be charged in Canadian currency, at a current fair market exchange rate.
Process Service Fees
We charge one flat fee for any service delivery to the address for delivery. All fee’s are for service to a single person at a
single address as provided by client. This is inclusive of three attempts of service at an address provided in order to effect service. Please allow up to two weeks to complete all three attempts of service. An Affidavit of Attempted Service can be
provided for a small nominal fee. We can either email your documents or arrange to have them dropped off to you.
Prices marked below are for areas in Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. If you require service to any specific area, kindly contact us to receive a quote.
Payment For Services
Our fees for Law Firms and Government Legal Entities will be invoice once we receive your order.
